Emma Brown

Owner and Principal Therapist

Emma has extensive experience working with paediatric, adolescent and adult clients with a variety of health conditions and abilities. She has worked in hospital and community settings, with multiple years of NDIS specific experience. 


Throughout her career Emma has worked in urban, rural and very remote areas across Australia, including the New South Wales, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland and Victoria. She has a passion for providing services to people regardless of their location, and will actively work around environmental barriers to bring services to everyone. Emma is also passionate about working collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities throughout Australia. Emma has worked with Deaf people and can communicate effectively in Auslan. 


Emma is enthusiastic about providing creative therapy solutions relevant to your goals, interests and needs. Emma delivers goal-directed therapy with the person and family at the core of all interactions. 

Training & Experience

Some of the additional training Emma has completed includes:

  • Auslan TAFE Certificate II. 
  • Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding. 
  • Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) Approach.
  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) eligibility assessment training. 
  • Interoception Curriculum implementation. 
  • Functional Independence Measure (FIM) trained. 
  • Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) trained. 
  • Occupational Therapy Driving Assessor.
