Due to the limited availability of our service, we do NOT hold a waitlist. Therefore, there are no guarantees that you will be able to access our service in any specified timeframe. If an available appointment spot becomes available in your area, during your available times, we will contact you to see if you are still interested in the service. You are under no obligation to say yes if you have changed your mind or no longer require the service.
We strongly encourage you to refer to other organisations who may have capacity, or who hold a waitlist and are able to guarantee your future service. If you engage with another provider, we kindly ask you let us know, so we can remove you from our enquiry list.
