Fees & Prices

All prices are based on the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Pricing Limits 2024-2025 guide.

Occupational Therapy is charged under the Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living budget. 

NDIS item numbers: 

Early Childhood Supports (younger than 7 years) - 15_005_0118_1_3 

Therapy Supports (7 years or older) - 15_617_0128_1_3

All services are charged at an hourly rate relative to your location. For urban clients, the NDIS specified rate of $193.99 per hour is applied. Remote and very remote clients will be charged at the applicable rate as per the NDIS price guide. 

All services are based on NDIS reasonable and necessary guidelines related to the individual's needs and circumstances. Services may include the following: 

• Appointments with the client or their supports. 
• Therapy sessions. 
• Assessments. 
• Assessment scoring and interpretation. 
• Telehealth services. 
• Stakeholder meetings directly related to the client. 
• Liaison with stakeholders including the client, family, school, and supports. 
• Report and letter writing. 
• Session preparation and planning. 
• Development of resources. 
• Clinical documentation. 
• Travel time (labour costs). Travel time based on participant location distance from Waratah, NSW. Please note, travel time may be shared between multiple participants where possible. 
• Non-labour travel costs (kilometers). Please note, travel costs may be shared between multiple participants where possible. 
• Short notice cancellations (see below for details). 

Services which are not charged include: 

• Administration tasks. 
• Accounting including invoicing and payments. 

For urban clients: 

Short notice cancellations will be charged for cancellations less than 2 clear business days in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. 

For remote and very remote clients: 

Short notice cancellations may be charged up to 7 days for any travel costs which cannot otherwise be reimbursed to the therapist (for example, non-refundable flights or accommodation costs). Appointment cancellations will be charged as per the urban rate as outlined above.
